Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from PayPal including the tracking number. If you do not see this email within 48 hours after placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. In addition, if you have created an account, you can login to your account and track the status of your order from your “order history” section.
The shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that the shipping time does not include the time it takes to process your order. Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, and then be placed with a carrier for shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to confirm the expected delivery date.
We currently ship within the United-States and Canada
We cannot make any changes to your order once processed. An order confirmation will be sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please review your order confirmation to make sure the information is correct. If any changes are needed please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to modify any order that has not yet been processed.
All payments are made via PayPal for your protection, although no PayPal account is required. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you can then choose whether or not to complete your order.
We make effort effort to keep all items in stock. If an item is on back order and the expected date of availability is known, the estimated number of days until when the item is expected to be available will be displayed on the product page. Unfortunately, we cannot always determine exactly when items will be available from our supplier. If an item is out of stock and there is no date of availability displayed on the product page, you may enter your email address to be notified when the item is back in stock, or check back periodically.
